The Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen will serve eligible veterans and their families in a 25-county area of central Texas serving a veteran population estimated to be over 112,000.  The cemetery site is approximately 174 acres and will provide burials in excess of the minimum anticipated for a 20-year period.  Site includes sufficient acreage to accommodate a projected demand for nearly 60 years.
