Komatsu Architecture was retained to complete a roof feasibility study, design and construction administration for the roof restoration, window restoration and exterior stone restoration as well as courtroom ceiling structural investigation.
Komatsu Architecture is assisting the County with mitigating water that is seeping into the basement, where County records are stored. The County has also retained Komatsu to complete a space utilization study to determine the best and highest use of all office spaces within the Courthouse and other County buildings. This effort is currently underway.

Komatsu was retained by the City of College Station to renovate the existing 15,000 sf library with a 16,000 sf addition to the Larry J. Ringer Library. Komatsu conducted work sessions with library staff, city staff and other stakeholders to determine the direction of the project and build consensus. This project is currently in progress.
